Ages 4–6
Tiny Tigers
A fun, structured first step into martial arts. Little ones build focus, listening skills, balance, and big confidence — all through games and activities designed just for them.
Ages 7–12
Kids Taekwondo
Kids learn real ATA Taekwondo on a clear path to black belt — setting goals, building discipline and respect, and gaining the kind of confidence that shows up at home and in school.
Teens & Adults
Teen & Adult Taekwondo
Fitness, focus, and real, tested self-defense in a supportive environment. Whether you want to get in shape, relieve stress, or finally learn to protect yourself — beginners are always welcome.
Sword & Archery
Kummooyeh
One of the only suburban schools in the metro to offer this traditional Korean art. Students train authentic sword forms and Korean archery — a rare, deeply grounded discipline most schools simply don't offer.

Do I need any experience to start?
Not at all! Most of our students start with zero experience. Our curriculum is designed to teach self-defense while building confidence, and every student moves at their own pace.
What should we wear to the first class?
Just comfortable workout clothes for now. When you take advantage of our 4-week special, your uniform is included — free!
How old does my child need to be for Tiny Tigers?
Tiny Tigers is designed for ages 4–6. Kids ages 7–12 join our Kids Taekwondo program, and we have dedicated classes for teens and adults too.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Our intro special is a 4-week trial with no commitment required — just come train, have fun, and see the difference for yourself.
